No one saw it coming. For seven seasons, viewers tuned in to watch the couple whip up savory recipes and feel good vibes on their hit show Down Home With The Neelys, which remains one of the highest rated Food Network show in history.
At the time of their public divorce filing, the Neelys cited irreconcilable differences as the cause.

“I found myself kind of trying to dim my light to make his light shine and that’s never a good thing,” she says on the show.
The 2008 premiere of their show propelled the Memphis based chefs careers. After the show became a success, the couple launched a string of business ventures including the opening of their own restaurant chain, The Neely’s Barbecue Parlor.
