It’s 2023, and with that comes new beginnings — literally. A number of well-known women have been sharing the news, left and right, that they’re expecting. Some people have welcomed their first child, like Keke Palmer, and others added to their brood, like Naturi Naughton.

The latest mamas to add to the list include actress Bresha Webb. She broke the news with a series of cute baking because-we’ve-got-a-bun-in-the-oven photos with her husband, Nick Jones Jr. The funny femme also partnered with Clearblue to share the good news and to raise awareness of their resources for moms, moms-to-be and women looking to have a child through their work with the March of Dimes.

There’s also Amani and Woody of Married at First Sight fame. Remember them? The couple tied the knot during Season 11 in New Orleans. They recently welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Rai Zahir Randall to join big brother Reign.

Lastly, if you missed this last bit of news, you’re not alone! Director and producer Melina Matsoukas of Insecure and Queen & Slim fame announced at the end of October that she’s welcoming her first child and showed off her bump at the Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé world premiere in Beverly Hills on November 25.

The Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard stars, Jasmine and Silas, are expecting their first child. They broke the news with ESSENCE right before BravoCon. Silas, who is in the Army, is set to miss the birth of baby Cooper because he’s stationed abroad, but Jasmine told us she’s making sure he doesn’t feel like he’s missed out on anything. “Right now, I’m nervous about Silas coming home feeling out of place or that he missed everything,” she said. “I text him sonograms and heartbeat recordings from my ultrasounds or nursery designs, so he feels like he’s here every step of the way.”

The funny femme will be welcoming her first child with boyfriend Cam Newton, expecting his eighth. He has five children with ex-girlfriend Kia Proctor (including her oldest daughter from a previous relationship) and two with ex La Reina Shaw (including her oldest son from a previous relationship). He’s previously said that he and Brown’s relationship works well because their communication is great. “I like talking. We’re in tune,” he said in the summer on his podcast. “I’m so in tune that there’s nothing we can’t talk about. I think that’s what’s most important.” Congrats to the couple!
