Even before its release, Black Panther is breaking records.

It’s not only breaking records for the raking in the most advanced ticket sales, but it’s also the most tweeted about film of 2018, with users logging around 5 million posts about the highly-anticipated movie on the platform.

From the viral sensation #BlackPantherSoLit, to the most recent popular hashtag #WhatBlackPantherMeansToMe, fans have been basking in the beauty of Wakanda since news of the film was announced back in 2014.

On the heels of the film’s release this Friday, Black Twitter once again kicked off a hilarious new conversation about Black Panther dubbed, #InWakanda. In this tag, folks mused about what actually happens in the fictional African nation, that just happens to be extra Blackity Black.

Responses ranged from serious to silly, and everywhere in between.
