Many of us grew up listening to car CDs featuring Cece Winan‘s gospel albums. It was a positive way to start the day with praise and endless gratitude. Her top underneath would still be popular today with a sheer panel at the top. She added a pair of simple black open-toe heels and a pair of dangly tiered earrings to complete her look.
