[BLANK_AUDIO] You're watching Essence Live. I'm your host Dana Blair and it's now time for our Black Girl Magic moment of the week. Which goes to the Shepard sisters who earned spots at the junior Olympics in Houston this week. Despite the fact that they live in a shelter. The girls have only been running track for a year and they told the Associated Press how they practice. Five days a week rain or shine. And some good news, 10-year-old Rain already won a gold medal in her first event this week. And here we are talking about we can't make it the gym. All right? Go figure. Congratulations, girls. We are Are so very proud of you. Remember you can watch Essence's original Black Girl Magic documentaries at [BLANK_AUDIO]
