There’s love in the air for tennis star Venus Williams, who was spotted kissing and holding hands with a new love in New York last week while participating in the U.S. Open.
The lucky guy is Cuban model Elio Alberto Pis, 24, who’s been dating Williams, 32, for several months now, confirms PEOPLE.com. Pis was on hand to watch Williams compete and sat court-side with her friends to cheer her on. Although she lost in the second round, the lovebirds are sticking around to support her little sister Serena Williams, who advanced to the finals.
Williams, 32, had a rough 2011. She dropped out of the U.S Open after being diagnosed with Sjogren’s Syndrome, but has since recovered and found love with Pis. The two posed together for promotional shots for her athletic line, EleVen. In the past, the 6’1 up and comer has posed for Russell Simmons’ clothing line and French Vogue.
