Due to Tiger Woods’ decision to take a break from golf and work on mending his family, Gillette has decided to phase out advertisements with the golf star, AP reported.
“As Tiger takes a break from the public eye, we will support his desire for privacy by limiting his role in our marketing programs,” Gillette said.
Advertisements from Tiger’s sponsors, NIKE, Gatorade, Gillette and EA Sports have not been running since November 29, 2009, two days after the car accident in front of his home that brought Woods’ infidelity into the public eye.
