Here, six ESSENCE.com staffers blended two Wet n Wild eyeliner shades; Idol Eyes Creme Shadow Pencil in Electro and Mega Chrome Eyeliner Pencil in Cobalt Blue, to create a frosty-metallic, ice blue hue that looked wildly different on our skin tones.
