'The Tyra Show' To End in 2010

Just when people began seculating that Tyra Banks would become "the next Oprah" the supermodel turned talk show host is pulling the plug on her Emmy Award-Winning "Tyra Show." The show will be discontinued at the end of its fifth season in Spring 2010. Banks broke the news to People. "This will be the last season of The Tyra Show I've been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years."

Just when people began seculating that Tyra Banks would become “the next Oprah” the supermodel turned talk show host is pulling the plug on “The Tyra Show.” The show will be discontinued at the end of its fifth season in Spring 2010.

Banks broke the news to People.
“This will be the last season of The Tyra Show I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years.”
“My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are.”
We’ll have to find another tell-it-like-it-is beauty to don a fat suit and discuss everything from our periods to a lace fronts.
