Tupac Shakur’s mother, Afeni Shakur, is keeping her head up. Amaru Entertainment, the production company run by Shakur is battling Morgan Creek productions in Los Angeles Superior Court for breach of contract. Morgan Creek says that Shakur backed out of an agreement to sell her son’s life story for film adaptation, according to MSNBC.com. Shakur says that there was never such an agreement in place. Morgan Creek is seeking damages and other relief.-WLW
