There were a lot of familiar faces in Beyonce’s Lemonade docu-style debut but a few of the most important were mothers who have lost children to senseless gun violence and police brutality.

Sybrina Fulton, Lezley McSpadden, and Gwen Carr are featured holding pictures of their now deceased sons, Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, and Erica Garner in homage to the importance of their lives.

Martin’s death in 2012 sparked the beginnings of the Black Lives Matter Movement. The 17-year-old was shot and killed by neighborhood vigilante George Zimmerman while walking home. Garner died after being placed in a chokehold by officers on July 17, 2014. A month later, Brown was killed by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouru. He was 18.

Earlier today, Fulton’s attorney, Benjamin Crump, tweeted a photo with the moms, thanking Beyonce.

Thank u @Beyonce 4 giving this large platform to #mothersofthemovement @SybrinaFulton #BlackLivesMatter #LEMONADE — Benjamin Crump, Esq. (@AttorneyCrump) April 24, 2016
