“30 Rock” actor Tracy Morgan will star in and produce a new comedy called “Freshman Roommates” for Montecito and Paramount Pictures, according to Variety. The movie is a comedy about a college student who replies to what he thinks is a scam e-mail from a Nigerian prince looking for help in accessing his fortune. But it’s not a scam and the African prince, son of a deposed African dictator played by Morgan, shows up to collect his cash.
