Toni Braxton is urging fans not to worry about her although she’s been hospitalized.
The Grammy winner took to Twitter to announce that she’s being treated for “minor health issues related to Lupus” at a hospital in in Los Angeles.
“But no worries!” she added. I will be out any day now!”
It’s been a tough year health-wise for the 45-year-old mom of two. In January she was admitted to a clinic after her immune system started to shut down.
Braxton was diagnosed with Lupus, a long-term autoimmune disease, two years ago. According to the Associated Press, her uncle passed away from the disease. On recent interviews on VH1 Behind the Music and 20/20, Braxton revealed that the disease constantly leaves her tired, which has meant she cannot perform like she used to. Doctors have also implied that the disease is what led to her bankruptcy issues.
