This week, rapper T.I. has gone from hero, to prisoner. Just days after
convincing a man not to commit suicide, a federal judge denied the Atlanta rapper’s request for clemency and sentenced him to 11 months in the slammer for violating his probation last month. That’s four months longer than his previous sentence for federal weapons charges. A visibly distraught T.I. admitted that he had “screwed up ” and asked the judge not to send him back to prison. He also needed help for his drug addiction. “Pls send prayers up 4 my husband & our family! & thx 2all that have been,” tweeted Ti.I.’s wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle. “I no whateva happens is God’s will :)”
What do you think? Was it a fair sentence?
