Steve Harvey wants to clear the air once and for all on last month’s Miss Universe faux pas.

In case you somehow missed it, Harvey made international headlines last month when he crowned the wrong winner while hosting the annual Miss Universe pageant. Harvey’s flub resulted in criticisms in literally dozens of languages with many suggesting that the mistake was a publicity stunt.

However, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that Harvey took to his radio show yesterday morning to vehemently deny the publicity stunt rumors.
