Comedian and talk show co-host Sherri Shepherd questioned whether actor Charlie Sheen--who is accused of threatening his wife with a knife over the Christmas holiday--is being treated better than Chris Brown.
"It seems kind of funny that Chris Brown is 19 and deserved a second chance," said Shepherd on "The View." Her co-host, Whoopi Goldberg, responded by saying, "Maybe it's because they had with Chris Brown proof positive that he put his hands on someone. They have not had photographs of Charlie Sheen." Shepherd was responding to an article in the Chicago Sun-Times which questioned why the actor, who has a documented history of domestic violence, is getting little heat from the media and has had no repercussions to his career.
