The new addition to Bravo's "Real Housewives" franchise features African-American women living in the cushy confines of the Maryland suburb.
The “Real Housewives” franchise is headed to the Potomac!
Bravo announced Wednesday that the hit franchise will venture into the Washington D.C. area.
“Located just up the river from our nation’s capital of Washington, D.C., Potomac is a cozy, upscale enclave with gated mansions, rolling hills. and exclusive country clubs,” the announcement read.
The new series, slated to air Jan. 17, will detail the lives of Black women who now reside in the cushy confines of the Maryland suburb.
Cast members include 2011 Miss District of Columbia winner, Ashley Darby; Charisse Jackson-Jordan, wife to former Washington Wizards head coach, Eddie Jordan; Socialites, Karen Huger and Gizelle Bryant; model and Potomac native Katie Rost; and ex-basketball wife and publicist Robyn Dixon.
