Project Gravitas "Perfect Dress" And The Roc Nation EVP Who Rocks Them

Dress company Project Gravitas partners with Roc Nation Executive Vice President Jana Fleishman on her favorite frock.
Project Gravitas “Perfect Dress” And The Roc Nation EVP Who Rocks Them
By Brea Camille Mosley · Updated October 27, 2020

There’s no such thing as the perfect dress, but Project Gravitas might be relatively close to delivering one. Project Gravitas is an online retailer that does one thing for many women: give them that almost perfect fit no matter their shape or size.  Catering to six different silhouettes from the pear shapes to the petites, their built in Shapewear dresses hug, but don’t suffocate and stich but don’t squeeze. Their dresses are versatile and they offer hundreds of ways to go from board room conference in the morning to stylish cocktail outing in the evening.

But Project Gravitas isn’t just about boosting women’s confidence with dresses that actually complement their shapes; they also focus on highlighting and showcasing leading women in their respective fields with Women of Gravitas. This month, they caught up with Roc Nation’s Executive Vice President, Jana Fleishman who dishes out her role at Roc Nation, how she’s made it to the top of an entertainment empire and why she rocks with Gravita. For Fleishman, who recently lost weight with the help of Soul Cycle she likes Gravita dresses because “They slim the waist and hug in the right way.” She adds, “Every single one I tried on just works.”

Fleishman has personally chosen the Audrey dress and 10% of the proceeds will go to support The Shawn Carter Foundation, which provides college scholarship to youth who face socioeconomic adversity. But there’s more to give. In addition to supporting her favorite charity, with the help of co-EVP of Roc Nation, Jennifer Justice, she has set away VIP tickets to the Made in America musical festivals in LA and Philly, exclusively for Gravita customers.

You can shop the Audrey dress or any Gravita dress online and get tips on how to rock them at the concert!
