Drum roll, please … Well not quite yet. The search for the White House dog is just about complete, according to President-elect Barack Obama. The First Family’s quest for a dog has been narrowed down to two choices: either a Portuguese water dog or a labradoodle, according to AOL News. “We’re closing in on it,” Obama said, jokingly adding, “This has been tougher than finding a commerce secretary.” The family hopes to get the next presidential pooch from a shelter.—BB
