After getting bashed on Twitter, super producer Pharrell had a little fun with the fashion police.
Fashion critics dragged Pharrell Williams through the mud last night for his choice of hats.
Some tweets compared him to a Canadian Mountain Ranger while others likened him to the Arby’s logo.
Being the super cool artist that Pharrell is, he didn’t take any of the criticism to heart. After picking up four Grammys last night, Pharrell joined the fun on Twitter by retweeting some of the funnier comments.
“@Pharrell that hat must be great for carrying a packed lunch out and about P!” read one retweet. The super producer also shared some of his favorite pictures drawn up by fans—including the Toy Story ad (see inset).
Famous fast-food chain Arbys caught wind of Pharrell’s hat and tweeted, “Hey @Pharrell, can we have our hat back?” He responded with light hearted notes, “Y’all tryna start a roast beef?”
It’s good to know celebrities can take these things in good stride these days.
