Radio-Canada’s TV Show “Bye Bye” is in a heap of hot water. The producer and head writer of the show have apologized to the head of the Black Coalition of Quebec after broadcasting their New Year’s Eve program, which included a skit of a fake French news anchor saying a Black U.S. president in the White House will make it easier to shoot him, according to the Canadian Press. Montreal’s Black community is banning together to seek grounds for legal action. The program has been seen by four million TV and Internet viewers thus far.—WLW
