Carrying on the activism spirit of his iconic family, Martin Luther King, III, 51, challenged the next generation of African leaders to dig deeper in developing their nations at the U.N. Millennium Development Goals in East Africa, according to the United Press International. By 2015, 75 percent of Africa’s citizens will be under 30, giving the youth of tomorrow much leverage in the future of the world’s first inhabited continent. King heads his own foundation, Realizing the Dream, and continues to meet with younger brother Dexter King in court, over the estates of their parents, Dr Martin Luther King, Jr., and Coretta Scott King. —CJ
