What they didn’t know is that the First Lady was waiting behind a curtain, listening to their heartfelt words and waiting to greet them with a hug.
The segment aired on the nightly talk show just a day after President Obama’s Farewell Speech in Chicago and even reunited Mrs. Obama with a fellow Princeton Tiger alumna.
