There’s no denying that the King of Pop lived a phenomenal and intriguing life, and now the executors of his estate could be planning to make a biopic to share Michael Jackson’s life story.
A year and a half after his shocking death, Montecito Picture Company is said to be in the early stages of possibly producing and financing a Jackson biopic reports Variety.com. Representatives of the estate have not yet confirmed reports about about the film.
There’s also no word yet on who will play Jackson if a biopic is indeed in the works, although Jamie Foxx, Chris Brown, or Will Smith have all been suggested in unconfirmed reports.
Since the talented entertainer’s death, two films have been released about his life. “This is It,” which debuted in 2009, documented rehearsals for Jackson’s ill-fated concert tour shortly before his death, and “Michael Jackson: The Life of an Icon” was an intimate documentary released by the singer’s friend, David Gest.
