This time, the cop has made headlines on the internet once again after he got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend!
Norman melted the hearts of many over the weekend when he asked his longtime love, Rosalynd, to be his wife at her 30th birthday party.
With the help of her son, Norman shared that there is no one else he’d rather spend his life with.
While the moment was certainly sweet, it was Rosalynd’s son, Riley who stole the show by taking the moment into his own hands — literally!
While Norman was down on one knee, little Riley snatched the ring out of the box and refused to share with the bride-to-be.
Fortunately, he gave it back and his mom demanded, sweetly, to see the ring.
