LisaRaye spends quality time with her 19-year-old daughter, Kai. “She’s my rock,” says LisaRaye.
LisaRaye works the red carpet. “I’m not ghetto,” she declares. “Now, I do have an edge, rawness and realness and I can tell you I’m going to keep that.”

“I knew nothing about being a First Lady or politics,” LisaRaye admits. “There was no protocol person or committee to tell me,‘This is what we expect of you.’”
“I have a responsibility to LisaRaye the actress, host, motivating speaker and model,” says the First Lady. “However, I understood that I also had a responsibility to the countrymen and women of Turks and Caicos.”
“I could have talked a long time ago and put salt on my husband but that’s not my style,” says the First Lady. “But enough is enough and I wanted to let the people who care about me know what’s going on.”
The First Lady sits pretty during a night out on the town.
“I like the finer things in life so I don’t make any apologies for the men I choose to date,” she says.
