Can you picture NBA Heat stars LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Ray Allen trying to out dance their lovers? The musical showdown took place on Wednesday night’s Motown Revenu in Coral Gables, Florida.
According to People, the audience attending the local charity event, which raised $1.3 million, served as the official judges of the competition set up by the Miami Heat dancers. The guys went up first and “did old school Motown-style moves,” said an onlooker. “But the guys deviated and put their own twists on it, while the girls stuck with their routine.”
The ladies ultimately took the win as James grabbed the mic and told the crowd, “OK fans, the ladies are playing on Friday night, not me!”
Throughout the night, James and Savannah Brinson, who got engaged last year, were seen snuggling throughout the night. As one spectator put it, “When the guys lost to the girls, he made the joke and embraced her for a big kiss. They were very loving. Later, when they posed for pictures, he made her laugh and gave her a huge kiss on the cheek. The two seemed really happy from the second they walked in until they left. They are very lovely people.”
