Kohl's Pulls Offensive 'Ghetto Fab' Wig from Shelves

There’s offensive (visible panty lines), and then there’s really offensive (blackface). For the record, we’re convinced Kohl’s ‘Ghetto Fab’ Halloween wig definitely falls in the second category! Available in blonde and brunette, the big, curly wig was sold as part of Kohl’s seasonal costume collection. But as soon as the wig hit their website, customers began leaving angry complaints on the department store’s Facebook page, questioning the store’s motives for carrying an item labeled “ghetto fab” — and displaying it on a White model, no less! In response to the protests, the company decided to pull the wig from their shelves and issue an apology to their customers. What do you think about the “ghetto fab” wig?
