Kerry Washington Cast in 'Django Unchained'

Kerry Washington without a doubt is making big moves in Hollywood. She’s been cast opposite Jamie Foxx in Quentin Tarantino’s “Django Unchained.”

The dramatic film focuses on Foxx’s character, who is a freed slave in search of finding his wife, played by Washington, according to Deadline.com.

Although the film won’t appear on the big screen for nearly a year, Washington has plenty of work to keep her busy. Next up is “A Thousand Words” with Eddie Murphy and her new ABC drama, “Scandal.”
