Superstar Kanye West is always cooking up a creative piece of work. Now, the Chicago superstar is shooting a short film with director Spike Jonze, who in 2007 helped West produce one of the most visually intoxicating videos, “Flashing Lights (in the clip, West is brutally murdered by a voluptuous woman),” according to MTV.com. The movie is about 20 minutes long, drawing inspiration from Ye’s song “See You in My Nightmares” from his latest album, “808s & Heartbreak.” The record hit stores November 25, 2008, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard charts. No word yet on the plot of the movie or when it will debut, but knowing Kanye, we’re sure it will be a doozy. –JW
