'Go There' Wednesdays: Ciara's Braided Upsweep

The half-up/half-down hairstyle is a pretty standard ‘do — it looks good on all hair lengths (provided it’s long enough to sweep back), and it’s equally adorable for day and night. Here, Ciara upped the ante on the classic style by adding a thick cornrow on either side of her bangs, leading back into a pintucked bun. Easy to do, but so fancy-looking! For an easy-breezy finishing touch, leave out a few face-framing tendrils. Very “oh, I just rolled out of bed this fierce.”
