Defense Says Michael Jackson Administered His Own Fatal Doses

There is yet another new development in the Conrad Murray trial. After earlier in the week an expert told jurors he believed Michael Jackson was addicted to the powerful drug Demerol, the defense’s final witness has testified that he took extra doses of drugs while Murray’s back was turned.

When asked about the circumstances surrounding Jackson’s final hours, Dr. Paul White, says that he believes when Murray stepped away, although Jackson was quickly losing consciousness he took extra doses of the sedative lorezepan and injected himself with propofol.
