The ladies will allow the cameras in as they try to navigate not only life, but the unpredictable nature of the entertainment industry. The series is currently in production in Los Angeles. Terry Crews has officially been named the new host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. He follows Cedric the Entertainer who hosted the show this season. Crews, who currently stars in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, says “hosting has always been a dream of mine.” Congrats! [Deadline]
Shonda Rhimes says rumors that former Scandal star Columbus Short was going to be replaced for the next season are just not true. Rhimes took to Twitter to dispel the rumors, saying that she has never heard of actor Eric West and there are no plans to recast Short. [TheRoot]
Kyla Pratt has been cast in a new ABC series pilot Recovery Road based on a novel by Blake Nelson that follows Maddie, a teenagae girl struggling with addiction. Pratt will play Trish Collins, Maddie’s roommate at a rehab facility. [Deadline]
