  • Halle Berry’s weekend intruder made a third attempt to sneak onto her property last night, but this time he was busted and taken into custody by the LAPD. Halle’s private security team watched as he jumped the wall in Halle’s backyard, then they called police. Thank goodness this guy was caught. [Radar Online]

  • Phylicia Rashad is heading to the silver screen for the film adaptation of Marie Phillips’ best-selling novel, “God Behaving Badly.” The movie will tell the story of fallen gods forced to lived on Earth as regular people. Production is scheduled to start this month. [Indiewire]

  • Nia Long is relishing in the joys of pregnancy. With only three months to go, the mommy-to-be says she’s overcome her morning sickness and feels really good. “I was so horribly sick for four and a half months,” Long shared. “Now I have energy and I’m doing excellent.”  [Black Celeb Kids]

  • Legendary producer Alphonso “Fonce” Mizell passed away yesterday at the age of 68. Fonce was the mastermind behind the Jackson 5’s early hits “I Want You Back” and “ABC.” Our condolences to the Mizell family. [Hip Hop Wired]
