• Over the weekend, ESSENCE.com reported that Raz B fell into a coma after undergoing minor surgery to repair his lip from a violent club incident in China. • According to the Associated Press, Kanye West will not be charged with a felony for reportedly attacking a paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport several weeks ago. Instead, the district attorney’s office of Los Angeles will refer the case to the city attorney, who could file misdemeanor charges against the rapper. Video of the incident shows the new father in a scuffle with the photographer—however, it’s not clear if either party suffered injury. [AP]
