Jay Z and Beyoncé met Prince Williams and Duchess Kate at the Nets v. Cavaliers game last night. The future king and queen of England were attending their first NBA game and were seated court side near America’s “royal” couple, Jay Z and Queen Bey. LeBron James also had a royal encounter last night. He too got to meet the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at last night’s NBA game and even gave the royal couple a baby-sized Cavalier’s jersey for little Prince George. [E! Online]

Last week, we told you about Netflix’s upcoming documentary about Nina Simone. Today we learned that the documentary about the famed songstress will make it’s debut at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival. The film, What Happened, Miss Simone, directed by Liz Garbus, will premiere at Sundance next month. [Deadline]

An old Motown rivalry is being brought to the stage this month. Abdul Fakir of the Four Tops and Otis Williams of The Temptations will be performing their best songs in a seven-concert stint at the Palace Theatre in New York City. The two are the only surviving members of their groups and have nothing but love for one another, despite their competitive nature. “That’s the way Motown was built.
