The singer will make her debut in a Adam Sandler comedy.
Success is on the horizon for Ciara after the singer signed on for a new movie role in the Adam Sandler comedy, “Donny’s Boy” (out June 25), reports EURweb.
Ciara will play Brie in the comedy about a father who moves in with his son right before his wedding and begins hitting on his future daughter-in-law.
Just last fall the singer signed a recording contract with Epic Records shortly after posting an open letter to Jive Records (her old record company) asking to be released from her contract.
She wrote, “A release would allow me to go be creative with people who care and understand me as a artist.”
