The singer confirmed the news via her Twitter page.
“I can’t tell you starz nothing first…lol! Yes I’m going to be on #90210 for multiple episodes and I will be playing a politician!!! YIKES!” Brandy tweeted yesterday.
The politician she’s referring to is her character Marissa Jackson-Lewis, a charming young congressional hopeful.
This is Brandy’s second time on TV this year after her cameo in “Drop Dead Diva” on Lifetime. The new season of “90210” premieres in September.
