Beyonce, Jay Z, Rihanna Kanye West and Pharrell filed a lawsuit Tuesday against French fashion brand ElevenParis.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the legal squabble is over the brand’s use of the stars’ names, lyrics and images on merchandise.

The questionable items include a collection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, hats, phone cases, and backpacks plastered with phrases like “Pharell is my brotha,” “Kanye is my Homie,” and “Hova.”

There are 58 claims in the suit ranging from trademark infringement to violation of publicity rights.

The last claim in the suit is Beyonce’s alone and claims that ElevenParis violated a mysterious deal struck with the star in January, and that the brand received and ignored warnings and a cease-and-desist over using her name, image, likeness and trademarks.

Awkwardly enough, some of the plaintiff’s family members have worked with or worn ElevenParis. Solange was the star of their spring 2015 campaign and Kanye West’s sister-in-law Kylie Jenner was seen wearing a t-shirt from them earlier this year.

None of the merchandise in question is currently available on the brand’s website.
