BET’s “The Game” certainly scored a touchdown with viewers this week.
The season five premiere pulled in an impressive 5.3M viewers on Tuesday night, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Although this week’s numbers aren’t as high as last year’s debut, in which 7.7 million tuned in, fans are still obsessed with the show. It was also labeled cable’s number one scripted series among ages 18-49 and the number one cable sitcom premiere thus far in 2012 reports That Grape Juice.
With newcomer Brandy in the mix, who quickly became a Twitter trending topic, the show is off to a good start.
