Our 2007 Do Right Man and Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Dhani Jones is taking his athletic prowess all over the globe with his new show “Dhani Tackles the Globe.”
He still has his eyes open for a special love of his own and enjoys a little romance.
“I was dating a girl who loved tea. So I found her favorite loose tea and wrote messages on the empty tea bags so that every time she filled them up, she got a new message.”
Dhani enjoys breaking down stereotypes on Black men with his travels around the country.
Dhani Jones enjoys contact sports and uses his quick speed and sharp intellect to his advantage.
Along with traveling and football, Dhani also finds time to spread the word about saving the planet.
“It’s about educating us on the state of the earth and the little things we can do to see the big picture,” he says.
“The Mai Thai fighting was challenging. I mean, getting kicked or punched in the face is difficult,” he says.
Dhani has been traveling since childhood.
“I went on a safari in Kenya when I was like 8. On the safari, my sister had her food stolen by some monkeys,” he says.
Dhani tackles the sports of various countries and takes us along for the journey in his adventurous show.
Fashion is also a passion of Dhani’s and he is especially fond of bow ties.
The football star enjoys traveling with the special women in his life, including his mom.
“When I was in high school we went to Bermuda and Turks and Caicos, which I still visit to this day.”
