Idris Elba and his beautiful wife Sabrina Dohwre brought their love back to Africa, choosing to spend their honeymoon in the stunning Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.

After saying “I do” in a romantic three-day ceremony in Morocco —and hitting up the Met Gala soon after — the newlyweds jetted to the East African nation for an eco-friendly safari honeymoon at the award-winning Singita Grumeti lodges. Grumeti is located in northern Tanzania and spans 350,000 acres of untouched wilderness that is home to countless African wildlife.

The Elbas stayed at two locations: the Singita Sasakwa and Singita Faru Faru lodges, a source tells ESSENCE.

Both Idris and Sabrina shared several photos on Instagram, giving glimpses into their time in the African paradise.

The Singita brand is well-known for its conservation wildlife efforts, while also offering unparalleled glamour in the wild. Not only has Singita Grumeti won Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Hotel award multiple times, but the lodges are also a favorite of animal-lover Ellen DeGeneres.

The Elbas were recently chosen to cover British Vogue‘s July bridal issue.
