This Black Owned Business' Headdresses Were Used on the Iconic 'Vogue Arabia' Cover with Iman and Imaan
The Wrap Life

Rounding out an excellent Black History Month, supermodels Imaan Hammam and the legendary Iman grace the First Anniversary Issue of Vogue Arabia.

The namesake models look stunning on the cover, dressed in contrasting furs and headwraps.

What makes this cover extra special (besides the Imaan meeting Iman), is the fact that the headwraps on the Vogue cover were created by Black-owned business The Wrap Life.

You may have seen this brand’s pieces via social media, where their vibrant product campaigns have often gone viral. Celebrities like Issa Rae and Whoopi Goldberg have been seen donning the wraps, along with popular beauty and hair bloggers.

Created by Nnenna Stella, The Wrap Life is a Brooklyn based business that strives to allow women to express themselves through head wraps. Using fabrics sourced from Ghana and Morocco, Stella says her wraps are for all women to wear.
