On January 15, 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha was founded on the campus of Harvard University. The first Greek-letter sorority established by African-American women continues to promote sisterhood and service. Each year members honor their organization on Founders’ Day. And what better way to do so than by sporting oh, so pretty mementos.
ESSENCE selected a few lovely pieces at etsy.com for the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha. Enjoy!
