The R&B group featured on the Puff Daddy & the Family smash "I'll Be Missing You" will be joining the Bad Boy party at the 2016 ESSENCE Festival.
You know who we won’t be missing at the 2016 ESSENCE Festival? 112. The R&B quartet, who were featured on the 1997 smash “I’ll Be Missing You,” will join Puff Daddy & the Family for the epic finale of this year’s Festival on July 3 in New Orleans.
112—who also scored such hits as “Only You,” “Anywhere” and the Grammy-nominated “Peaches and Cream”—will join other Family members Faith Evans, Mase and French Montana when the Bay Boy crew takes the Superdome stage. In addition, Evans will do her own solo set on the Mainstage on Friday, July 1.
Puff Daddy & the Family will be the big finale of a star-studded lineup that includes headliners Maxwell (Friday, July 1), Mariah Carey (Saturday, July 2) and Kendrick Lamar (Sunday, July 3). So you know where you’ll want to be next weekend for some serious July 4th fireworks!
