Missy Elliott is back with a brand-new video but, you know that didn’t come without eclectic looks from the fashion icon herself. Elliott’s fashion influence is still prominent in 2019 and ‘Throw It Back’ proves that she hasn’t lost her trendsetting swag.
From her own museum to being awarded the Video Vanguard at the MTV VMA’s, this week has been filled with much-deserved Missy news. And to put the icing on the cake, the icon released a video filled with looks that we can only imagine will be re-created for years to come. From a monochromatic pink power suit to a chromed-out space suit, Elliott’s looks did not disappoint. But, the MCM x Misa Hylton set stole the show.
The rapper sported a head-to-toe custom look designed by Hylton herself. The look featured an all blue monogrammed jogger suit with green lining and a matching hat. Missy’s dancers also complimented the rapper in MCM looks as well.
