It’s going down on Daytime Divas, the new scripted drama from Star Jones and VH1.

Starring Vanessa Williams, Tichina Arnold, Chloe Bridges, Fiona Gubelmann, and Camille Guaty, Daytime Divas goes behind the scenes of a fictional daytime talk show, The Lunch Hour, and exposes all the drama on set.

Inspired by Star Jones’ Satan’s Sisters: A Novel of Fiction, Daytime Divas gets vicious in this exclusive clip, wherein Tichina Arnold’s Mo Evans and Vanessa Williams’ Maxine Robinson––the creator of the show––go head-to-head over Mo’s behavior.

Last month, Jones told Entertainment Weekly, “Some [of the characters] are selfish, and some are sweet as can be. Every one of them has some aspect of my personality.” Hmmm, we’re not sure where Mo and Maxine land, but we can’t wait to find out. The series is set to premiere in 2017.
