The video for Tank’s “When We Remix” has dropped and it’s as sexy as you’d imagine.
The video, directed by J Valentine and BenMarc, also features Trey Songz and Ty Dolla $ign as the group takes on the role of sexy mechanics looking to help a couple women in distress.
ESSENCE premiered the single for “When We” in June with the singer saying the song is meant to fill the gap left in R&B, a return to its pure sound. “It’s kinda what we’re, you know, what we’re missing. You know, being sexy I think has taken a backseat to, I guess, shock value in a sense.”
Since its release, “When We” has jumped to number one on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart and 35 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
