T.I. is seemingly issuing an apology to wife Tiny with his new single, “The Amazing Mr. F**k Up.”
The single sees the rapper analyzing his past mistakes and vowing to be a better man for his family.
“It’s amazing all the s**t I’ve done/such examples I’ve been setting for my son,” he raps. “All she did was stay down, have my kids/All the time just to realize I ain’t s**t.”
The single is off the Atlanta rapper’s upcoming album, Dime Trap.
In a Beats 1 Radio interview with Zane Lowe, T.I. explained that the album examines past “transgressions” in his marriage.
The rapper said it was “the first time I musically addressed some of the challenges and transgressions that I have had as a husband. I’ve always kind of shied away from even speaking on those types of topics in my music. I felt like this is a time where the music is dope. I just felt that I had to lay it out, I had to put my cards face up on the table.”
