A new trailer for Jordan Peele’s next project, Us, dropped during Super Bowl Sunday — and it’s even scarier than the first!
In the latest trailer, Adelaide, played by Black Panther’s Lupita Nyong’o, observes that her family has seen a weird number of coincidences ever since they began their beach vacation.
“It’s like there’s this black cloud heading in over us,” she says to her husband Gabe, played by Winston Duke.
Us tells the story of Gabe and Adelaide, who take their kids on a family trip to Adelaide’s old childhood beach house. Soon, the vacation becomes a nightmare when Adelaide becomes increasingly paranoid that something will happen to her family.
The first trailer for the film arrived on Christmas Day, introducing the world to Peele’s long-anticipated follow-up to 2017’s Get Out.
